Payment for TikTok Guide services is due as specified in your service agreement. We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on select consulting packages. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the guarantee period. Monthly subscription services may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

TikTok Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the preceding three months.

7. Termination

TikTok Guide reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, our business, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole and reasonable discretion without liability to you.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of TikTok Guide services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
